Not very friendly. We were not happy with the service; it was our first time taking our puppy (our first dog) to the groomer and they did not take the time to explain anything to us. They seemed rushed and didn't seem to care about the dog at all. They said they would call when he was done in 4 to 5 hours and we had to call them after 5 hours. They also never explained why it took so long. I would not recommend for the money you pay for it.
