NEVER AGAIN!!! Giancarlo Restaurant & Bar. first off the place is a shithole!! service sucked!! waiter was a prick!!! we got overcharged for stuff we didnt even eat... never saw the bill they wont let you see it health inspector has been contacted..

i will never go there again i would rather go to the east side and eat at one of the p.o.s strip clubs i would get better service and enviroment…

Good Food. First of all the pizza-AMAZING! Lets make it known I only go here for the food. With that said, the place is run by 2 ladies (a lady who is nearly 90 years old and her daughter) and sometimes they are the only 2 there so they are waiting on tables and doing the cooking. So needless to say the service is slow. Alot of times they do not open according to the hours on the door, tend to run late, so call before going to be sure they're open. They recently had a deal out on a site similar to Groupon...(where you pay $10 for a coupon that gets you $20 worth of food..you pay the $10 on your credit card up front then are able to print the coupon). The staff/owner did not understand how this worked and was trying to charge me $10 when I tried explaining to them that I already paid $10 to buy the coupon. How can you sign up for a promotion like that , that you don't understand how it works? Ordered a cannolli for dessert because it looked so good on the brochure on the table however it took a while cause they didnt have any ready and had to hand make it. When it came it had no chocolate chips in it like the picture showed. All I can say is if it wasn't for the pizza, I wouldn't be frequenting this place.…

This place is DISGUSTING. I kept hearing about this place and decided to finally check it out. To begin with, the service was a joke. The food was absolutely disgusting and the restaurant itself was dirty. I will not be a returning customer!…

Can you get any more Italian?. Great authentic Italian food prepared by an Italian grandma and her mother; both immigrants from Italy. As to the service, I am told that Europeans take the time to enjoy their meals, the company and conversation. It’s we Americans who ‘perfected’ fast McBurgerQueen food so we can get it over with.

If you want to experience a touch of Italy and have a great dining experience, maybe even have great grandma come out, talk to you (though her English not-a-so good), even give you a hug, if your lucky, then you can’t get any more Italian than Giancarlo’s.
