I have a 13 year old and a 10 year old. I have been a part of this center since 1995 when my daughter was 8 weeks old. We absolutely love it here. Many of the same teachers are still there from when we first began attending. The baby room not only attended to my children's needs, but to mine as well. Whenever I had questions or concerns about my children, they helped out immensly. I will say these ladies saved me numerous trips to the pediatricians office with their words of wisdom. Both of my children were well educated and actually exceeded in kindergarten because of the preschool setting they were in. My daughter was reading at four years old. I credit the caring and knowledgeable staff for this. Even as old as they are now, they love to go after school and the summer program is just phenominal. My daughter is allowed to volunteer now that she is over the age limit, and she loves it. For anyone to bash a business after just four days seems to have a personal problem. While I agree, maybe daycare isn't for everyone, this one is for me.
Pros: locked door, security camera's, stable staff

This center is horrible. I pulled my daughter out after 4 days. They feed the infants on a schedule rather than on demand. My 8 week old daughter was going almost 5 hours before her first feeding. I spoke with her teacher each morning about how I didn't think she was getting enough food because she wasn't having enough wet diapers. I told her that she needed to be fed more and more often. Nothing changed in their routine. My daughter became dehydrated and was almost hospitalized. This is just one of many issues I had. The day I pulled my daughter out I went in to breastfeed her and spy on them. I saw countless state violations. When I arrived she was asleep on her stomach on the play mat. I looked around and noticed that she didn’t have an assigned crib. Either they were letting her sleep on the mat, or on another child’s sheets. A boy that looked to be about 6 weeks old was in his car seat the whole time I was there. They were too cheap to put batteries in the swings. When I went back to pick up her belongings, I found they had only used one bottle all week and it was filthy and that her sheets had never been used. I asked all the questions my doctor recommended and thought we had found a good, affordable place for our daughter. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
