The Subway of takeout pizza joints embraces fresh ingredients and store-made crusts..
In Short
These bright white storefronts are accented with green and red details and photos of the chain's boyish founder. The simple menu focuses on standard pies and chicken-centric specialty pizzas--the Hawaiian BBQ, BBQ chicken, and bacon and chicken club--each topped with fresh ingredients like baby portobello mushrooms and roma tomatoes. A selection of sides includes bread sticks, cheese sticks, chicken strips and a handful of dipping sauces.

Too bad it's the only Papa John's near the CWE.
The manager is horrid and should be stripped of his title. Customer service is not a concept this location is familiar with. They don't accept the terms of in-date coupons, they have a great tendency to screw up your order (and if you've had it delivered, have fun trying to get it corrected), and they are perpetually out of something or another- their dessert pizzas, certain dipping sauces, etc. What kind of chain can't keep ingredients in stock on a regular basis? The location is in desperate need of new management, and has been for the two years that I have increasingly tried to avoid it. My advice- choose a different chain or drive the extra distance to another Papa John's location.

OOPS!.
The customer service at this location on DeBalivere is lacking. Our pizza we ordered for carry out was accidentally taking out to be delivered to someone else! The only solution we were offered was to wait 10 more minutes while they made us a new pizza. This was after we had paid our bill. 10 minutes turned into at least 15. We were not offered a discount, any free food or even any coupons. We had to pay with our own time for THEIR mistake. Will not go back again.
