YUMMY.....House of Chen....best Hot/Sour soup I have ever had, will not eat it anywhere else but drive 1 hr just to get it at House of Chen! Fresh food , good portions at a good price! Jimmy (owner) for President! : )

chinese. I like dark fried rice. there is two other places that compare chong wah on olive and sun sing house on woodson near airport havent ordered for a while but went back and excellent but still disapointed in egg rolls best crabragoon in neighberhood is china moon real crab in them!!!

NOT AS GOOD. MOST OF THE FOOD IS STILL GOOD BUT IT IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS. OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS IT HAS TAKEN A CHANGE FOR THE WORSE I DO HOWEVER HOPE THEY GET OUT OF THIS SLUMP AND RETURN BACK TO NORMAL. WHICH MEANS THE FOOD IS BETTER.

Best value Chinese in St. Louis. My family has been going to House of Chen for as long as I can remember. House special beef, house special fried rice, hot braised chicken are personal favorites. Of course, the Chinese restaurants staples of General Tso's chicken, egg rolls, and crab rangoon are also very well done. Haven't gone wrong with anything on the menu so far. Prices are more than reasonable, usually 5 to 8 dollars for a generous full order (half orders also available). We've been there so often they know us by voice when we call in and always have orders ready on time. We just wish it was closer!

Not what it used to be. House of Chen used to be a favorite place for me and my husband to eat. But after the last few times of rudeness and the owner yelling at my husband because he didn't immediately read her mind that she needed a phone number (he'd been in there 20 minutes before to place an order to go, not a call in order to go), we walked out to find better places.

We don't need rudeness. We only want good chinese food. Here is not it.
