Steve is not the owner of the store. Mike Piazza Sold the business to PHC a nation wide company that is well known and respected throughout the pawn industry.

No longer family owned, owned by Steve. There is a man named Steve who runs this business. The family that is well known is not running it anymore it appears, due to the junk that is in the shop. The jewelry may be ok, but everything else is junk. Tried to pawn a high priced and popular item and Steve turned me away. How are you supposed to sell the latest goods and deny them at the same time?
