Wow the customer service is attrocious. Beware! I used this company and because the man on the phone got frustrated when I couldn't tell him what door at the office building that my wife works in, he called me profane names and threatened to not deliver the flowers. I highly would not recommend this shop (although I have used them several times before and considered myself a good customer...)

I would recommend anyone to avoid these people as "customer service" is not in their vocabulary.

Small shop with personalilty. I've had nothing but the best from Lackland. I know I can call and just say, "send something nice" and I can relax. Flowers and designs have always been first rate.
