Watch your pie bake in a wood-fired oven at this national chain with global culinary influences..
In Short
Founded in Beverly Hills in 1985, these eateries with the trademark yellow, black and white color scheme have spread nationwide. The decor consists of simple wood and glass with roomy black leather booths. The thin-crust pizzas come with innovative toppings from Asia, Latin America and the Southwest; signature pizzas like the Original BBQ Chicken and Jamaican Jerk Chicken compete with old standbys like pepperoni and traditional cheese. Pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches round out the menu.

Not a real friendly place.
Our waiter was okay, nothing special, just okay, but the host to seat us was not very friendly or accomodating. We had my 6 month-old granddaughter with us and he made us feel like we shouldn't be bringing her in there. The food was great, but no one working there looks like they are very happy to be there...kind of kills the ambiance. I frequently dine at the CPK at West County Mall and they are super friendly there. I won't be coming back here even if the baby isn't with us.

Waiters and servers at the Galleria CPK.
I have been to this CPK and the West County location many times. I have to say that the hostesses and waiters win the SNOOTY award at the Galleria. They act as if they are doing you a great BIG favor by seating you and bringing you food. The wait staff has an "air" about them that I find offensive....go to West County if you have the option, I have always been pleased and treated with respect there.
