Good coffee

The Galleria has two Starbuck's locations. The exterior location has always given me great service. The prices and product are the same as every other location that i've been to. The interior starbuck's (2nd level) i'm not quite as happy with. On two occasions in a row, I requested an iced mocha with SKIM milk and was given whole. When questioning the type of milk i'd rec'd, I was dismissed and assured that I hadn't been given whole. If you make a mistake, that's fine and understandable when you're in autopilot making your 200th coffee of the day, but, don't lie to me about it, just fix it. I walk further to patronize the exterior location only now.
- Pros: Convenient location. Consistent product.
- Cons: If you order skim, watch them pour the milk.

Fun Fact:
The Starbucks logo, a two-tailed mermaid, was based on a 16th century Norse woodcut, and supposed to be as seductive as coffee itself.
