Ambiance
Hank's serves coffee and has a few tables and chairs in its sunny front room, but the seating is usually empty. This is a carry-out and delivery business, where customers pop in just long enough to pick up their orders. BEWARE!!!!! My sister ordered her wedding cake from Hank's and it never showed up!!! So they had no wedding cake at their wedding. Their explanation: they didn't check the order sheet to get the day right, they were going to deliver it the next day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNRELIABLE. Unacceptable business practice. How do you mess up someone's once in a lifetime day? DO NOT ORDER YOUR WEDDING CAKE from them unless you want to take the chance of not having one at all!

Hank's Cheesecakes is a local bakery that makes, what else, cheesecakes. Their cakes are very good, moist and creamy, and are served by several other local restaurants. They offer several varieties, like Black Forest or blueberry. More importantly, they can freeze your cake for shipping or transporting to your loved ones. Yes, they are that good.

I am a huge fan of cheesecakes and I can tell you Hanks has probably one of the best cheesecakes in the area. They have such a great variety, that there is something for everyone. If you haven't tried Hanks, you are definitely missing something. Prices are Ok, but what do you expect for something this good.
