Clayton >Westrich Photography
Just shot at Westrich Photography. Very professional, and got my pictures promptly!
I enjoyed that we were free to be ourselves at the shoot on the beach and the photos turned out just beautiful
Great Wedding Photography! We highly recommend Westrich Photography to anyone who is looking for a more relaxed and fun wedding.
Thanks a lot, we all sure had fun working with you! You made us feel relaxed and made us laugh and just be ourselves. Very professional photography!
You took special care to capture every moment and save them for all to see. Thank you!

This process dragged on and on because he clearly does not care about his customers once he has their money. Perhaps the most shocking quality was that it was highly evident that he did not care about possible referral business. I would warn anyone thinking about using him to go with someone else. He was overpriced, unpleasant, did not produce photos that anyone else couldn’t have done, and had atrocious customer service skills.
Again, hiring him is the only decision I wish I could redo from our whole wedding. Hire at your own risk.
I purchased a Groupon to use for my grandchildren and Westrich photography refused to honor it. Thankfully Groupon has wonderful service (unlike Westrich) and refunded my money.
Clearly they overextended themselves by selling too many sessions at a cheap rate to the masses. While that does show extremely poor business judgment, that is not where I find fault with them. It was the total lack of customer service. The people they had answering the phone to book appointments were rude, discourteous, and totally unwilling to help.
My advice: if you need a real photographer in the St. Louis you could do a lot better than Westrich. Quite frankly I think their work is overrated and overpriced.
Less than impressed with quality and value.
I bought a "Groupon" to Westrich Photography for a one hour session and a high resolution CD with 10 images for $75. It was advertised as being a "$1045 value." My husband and I took our 3 month old in for family photos. First, the session didn't last one hour, it lasted only 20 minutes. We had about 40 photos taken (many out-takes included) and our son was being a great sport the whole time. I was a little bummed that the session didn't last as long as promised but the photographer said he got plenty that were good. i took his word.
When I got the proofs online, I was completely let down. In all the shots, the background wasn't completed covered or the overhead lights are showing. Many were over-exposed or under-exposed making the extra charge of retouching not much of a choice for us if we wanted decent photos. I would not recommend the studio shots to anyone. Perhaps outdoors or in an environment they'd be better. I don't feel that we got our money's worth (especially when advertised for over a $1,000 value) and being that it was our first child and his first photos, I felt let down. The quality and value just weren't there.
Disappointed. My husband and I took our 2 week old daughter here for family portraits. We were really looking forward to it because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, we were less than impressed. We felt the photographer was annoyed by our request to change our daughter into a different outfit and when we had to feed her mid way through the shoot, he seemed annoyed with this as well. We left not feeling like we really got any good shots of our daughter. I gave 2 stars because I have not seen the pictures yet, but even if they look good we will not be going back due to the poor customer service we received.
Wonderful shots. I want to thank you for all the wonderful shots you took. We had a great experience with you. We will be in touch before the holidays to do another session.
