Good for a small group. A relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff.Costly drinks.Very small place.Does'nt get crowded until midnight.Inexpensive Parking.Toilets were okay. Can accomodate just 95 people,will become smoky and suffocating with lots of people.

The cream of the local DJ crop appears here.. The Scene
This is a great little place--the kind of place where you can feel comfortable no matter who you are. Goths meet lesbians meet preps meet cross-dressers sitting in the comfy booths or hanging out at the bar.

The Beats
The music varies depending on what night you go, but the constant remains the skills of the DJs spinning it. Wednesdays seem to attract the more mellow DJs, and you're likely to hear War or James Brown mixed in with hip-hop beats. Most of the patrons seem content to kick back, have a drink or two and appreciate the vibe. On Saturdays, things get a little louder with some hard house beats. It's a good night to meet someone new or get lost in the crowd.

Great Lounge, even better music!. Everytime I go to Upstairs Lounge the music never disapoints. The staff is friendly, the crowd is hip. Great place to get your night going.
