Worst salon experience ever!. My first appt. was delayed an hour because someone called in sick. My second appt to correct my color (I wanted to go blonde, and basically came home with the same color I came in with) and cut (I got a trim, not a style - I brought in a picture) was cancelled for no apparent reason. I was told I would get a call back within 2 hours from the owner to reschedule, and was never called. Totally not worth the money - I have gotten better service at Great Clips!

LOVE this salon!. This salon is amazing! The haircuts are reasonably priced and they come with a ton of perks- a scalp massage, free parafin dip, free make up touch up. i also had the best facial i've ever had from here! i've been recommending this place to everyone!

Never going BACK!. I have been going to this salon for at least 3 years now. At first the salon was wonderful and great but now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are rude and do not inform their customers when they are jacking up their prices. Also, they have this "so called" policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late they won't take you no matter what. We traveled 30 minutes and hit HWY 44 traffic and we were just dismissed. Well it's their loss, because we will be taking our business elsewhere. The founder, Terri would be shocked on how his salon is being run now.

wedding hair. I came in from out of town for my friends wedding. We all had our hair done at salon St. Louis. They did a great job everyones hair looked awsome. Plus the price was really reasonable.

great salon. I had a great experience. I've been going to this salon for a while now and haven't been let down. Jo is my stylist and I love my hair. She has brought it back to life, taking the time to explain to me what my hair needs to feel better and giving me new styling ideas to try. I've been to pricey salons before and didn't recieve half the same attention. Salon St. Louis pricing is cheaper than a lot of places and I get a lot more for my money.. Plus their facials and waxing are really reasonable. I recommend Jo and Salon St. Louis to everyone

Best colorist ever! Shanna B was GREAT!!!. I just came from Salon St Louis after having a bad experience elsewhere and Shanna B did a wonderful job by totally understanding what wanted. She listened to my concerns and gave me great service. The salon was nice and I found everyone there to be friendly, not snobby at all like some other reviews indicated. The price was completely reasonable - especially considering I am happy! I have definetly found my new salon!!!

Best deal I've ever found. I had been going to Salon St. Louis regularly for over a year before moving out of the Midwest. I lived in Chicago and waited until I went to St. Louis to get my hair cut. Shauna cut my hair and she was always extremely friendly and professional, and I loved my cuts. I was always able to get in when I wanted, which was always a limited time space. I don't understand why people are complaining about the price. I have rarely found a haircut for under $35 anywhere else- including in the mountains of North Carolina- but then to add in the scalp massage, paraffin dip and complimentary crisping, it is by far the best deal around. I would recommend Salon St. Louis to anyone.

JO is GREAT. I have been going to this salon for eight months always to the same person JO and she is wonderful. I have read the other reviews and I do not feel that staff is snobby or rude. The price for services are the norm for St.Louis. People need to stop complaining .
