decent prices, been around here for years. I do clean / checks with Climate Masters. They replaced my radiator system some years ago and everything's been much better since. Before using them I checked around and I heard mostly positive things about their work. Good all round company for the years I've been with them.

Very helpful and friendly - good, honest people. I have used Climate Masters two times so far, once in my 85 year old home that I sold last year and again in a 14 year old home I just purchased. The sales person (Doug) was very friendly and knowledgable. They installed a new AC and high efficiency furnace and walked me through the steps to get all the tax credits to really lower the overall cost. They did a great job and the job was done on time and everything was nice and clean when they left.

I see some reviewers complained about the service after the install, but I had quite the opposite experience. I had the maintenance agreement on my system and the service people actually followed up and called me to schedule appointments. I forgot all about it and they reminded me. It was free for me and no extra revenue coming in for them. That is what I love about honest, family owned businesses - they treat you right, like a neighbor!

I will always give my business to Climate Masters because I trust them, they do good work, and they have fair prices.

combined review. I agree with both reviews. The installation guys were great, and the service after the sale has been poor.

disappointing service. My mother's Climate Masters' purchased (Carrier brand) heat pump has been broken for 6+ months. Climate Masters has given excuse after excuse for not servicing it. It's under warranty, so they won't make any extra money for the repair. First it was too hot to worry about it, then too cold, and now the part isn't in. Calls are never returned, and she or I has to hound CM to get a response. The owner called at the beginning of Dec, after canceling the appointment to come fix the unit, and said, "If I don't get back to you by the new year, then give me a call...but I haven't forgotten about you." ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!???

They'll bend over backwards to get your biz, but then if you need servicing and it's under warranty, don't count on getting any level of acceptable service.

Decide for yourself, this is the truth.

Fabulous service!. Climate Masters installed our large systems and we can not be happier. They were professional, fair, and explained everything. There were some cheaper offers we got, but they seemed like cruddy companies, and I believe you get what you pay for. The systems are excellent, quiet, and you can see the quality of workmanship! The salesman and installers were so nice!
