horrible horrible horrible

I was told by my cousin, whom is getting married in September that this bridal shop was great and the people who worked there were just as helpful as can be. I walked in the store, they do not take appt. the lady over looked me standing there for about 5 minutes and was not even busy. Finally, without a smile she asked what I needed. I told her I was getting married in 5 months and wanted to look at wedding gowns. She pretty much laughed in my face stating that there was no way I was going to be aable to get a dress ANYWHERE in that short amount of time. She said go look in the back and you can get one off there but thats it. So I went ahead and walked back where she said they had about 10 stained, written on dresses. Like ANYONE is going to purchase on of those. Meanwhile, I was talking to my friend who came with me and another saleslady overheard me complaining that the first lady was rude and never even considered helping me one ounce. She came over and said what can I help you with and I told her how the first lady said I was pretty much screwed on finding a dress. She said absolulely not we can get any dress in within 8 weeks!! So the first lady lied!! I was sooooo furious. Needless to say I decided this place was awful. It was a dirty bridal shop anyways!

Well, back to my cousin who is getting married in September. We went back in Feb. to order bridesmaid dresses. They were supposed to be in end of May. Beginning of June we never heard anything so she called. They put her on hold for 10 minutes and came back to say one of your bridesmaids never came in so they have not been ordered yet. All the bridesmaids did come in, they lost the information. Besides, why wouldn't you call the bride and let them know?? 3 MONTHS and no call??? So they said don't worry they will be ordered first thing in the morning and we will get them in our store beginning of August. NOW we find out this store is going out of business and we DO NOT get refunded and DO NOT get the dresses.

Terrible!

I went in on a saturday to look at bridesmaids dresses because they had a brand that i liked. we couldnt find anyone that worked there for a long time. they just blended into everyone else that was there.

I agree with other comments on here, they dont have things together at all. I was only in there for maybe an hour and i was not happy with it at all.

They measured one of my bridesmaids WITH A DRESS ON. she tried saying that she was a size 8 when she is a size two.

Would not recommend

Huge selection, but two hours after leaving I still smell like cigarettes and strong perfume from the sales lady. I was extremely disappointed at the end when I told her I was going to let my bridesmaids pick their style of dress and she laughed and rolled her eyes and told me "Good luck with that." A sales person should never make the bride feel like an idiot. I walked out and will not be getting my dress or my bridesmaid dresses there, nor would I recommend to my friends.
