Worst Chinese Food Ever. We ordered food and the sweet and sour chicken was hard as a rock, the fried rice was a weird red color and the food was just not tasty. When the issue was addressed with the "manager" he was rude and discounted the complaints and said that everyone's tastes is different. When I asked him if as a customer I had any validation, he said he had been in business for 25 years and he would tell me what I could do with the complaint.…
Lousy service and lousy food.
First of all, it took over an hour for my food to be delivered. I only live about 5 mins away. I started to get worried, so I called the resturant back and a girl answered. She didn't say the name of
the business when she answered so I asked "Is this Webster Garden". Her resoponse "yeah". I began to tell her that I ordered food about a hour ago and, and then she cut me off "What was the address?". I gave it to her, she said "It's on it's way" and she hung up on me. Nice.
Then we finally get our food. I had ordered Pork with Garlic sauce. The container was mostly filled with veggies, mostly celery and only a tiny bit of meat was in there. Now I understand that the menu said spicy. I'm not real picky about that, hell I love buffalo wings and some indian food, but this food I got from Webster Garden was so spicy I could barely eat it and threw most of it away. I just picked out all the meat, which didn't take very long. I've ordered from them once before and had the same issue with having way too much veggies and not enough meat. Their fried rice is ok, but spicy. This is the only Chinese place I've eaten from that had spicy fried rice.
Over all, I will never order from them again. Luckily, there numerous other Chinese resturants in the area that I can choose from.…
Best delivery around. We have ordered from practically every chinese food restaurant in Webster Groves, but the only one that continues to impress us is Webster Garden. Very friendly staff, the vegetables always taste fresh, and the prices are reasonable. Most importantly, I've never had an "off" day with this restaurant. The food is consistently great!…
AWESOME FOOD! GREAT PRICES!. The price can't be beat, and mongolian beef is comparable to PF Changs for a fraction of the cost. Everything I've tried there is excellent. The staff is friendly and service is fast.
Excellent food, great value. Awsome Chinese food! I always get the General Tso's Chicken. They also have some tasty tofu dishes. Delicious!
