I rented from Roberts Realty for 2 years and I had a very good experience. I absolutely loved my apartment. Any maintenance problems were taken care of in a timely manner and the people are very pleasant to work with. I would recommend, and I have recommended, Roberts Realty to my friends.

I highly recommend Roberts to anyone looking to lease in the Saint Louis area. My wife and I spent a few hours with Andy, and we both liked him and found him to be very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to everything we were hoping to find, and the properties he showed us were exactly what we were looking for. You can tell that he cares about the places he manages, and everyone we met couldn't speak highly enough about him or the company. Leasing a space isn't an easy task, but I haven't found anyone as trustworthy or enjoyable as Andy and his crew.

Lack of timely repairs lead to huge expenses. Roberts Realty is the property manager for a "luxury apartment" that has several outstanding repairs in every unit, water damage and now, mold. The delay of the repairs has resulted in damages of tenants' personal property, poor living conditions, including lack of heat, and even illness from refusing to re-mediate the mold in a timely manner. Repairs that have been made while under their management are poorly done and messy.

Misleading advertising - liars - arrogant. Pics in ads are misleading...they never match apartments shown. Andy thinks he can do whatever he wants. Walks into people's apartments without announcing himself then lies about why he's there. NEVER SIGN a lease without having everything in writing first. Told me I could move in last week of month with a charge but after I signed lease, I got bill for that week. They don't treat people right. I'm an adult not a child. Stay clear of these people.

St. Louis' Best Landlord!!. Andy has been the best landlord I have ever had!! He lets you have your space; however, if there is something that needs to be fixed or done, he is so quick to respond! I had to move out due to personal reasons, but when I did I received my full security deposit back. When I rent again, I will go to Roberts Realty and no one else!

Slum landlord. Takes advantage of location. Apartments in terrible condition. Takes many phone calls to remedy situations. No snow removal, creating unsafe situations. Not ready when lease begins.

Well Taken care of. Finally - I've found a place to call 'home' in the best sense of the word.

Roberts Realty apts in Kirkwood are clean, well maintained, quiet, safe and simply feel like home.

Snow is shoveled early in the morning, maintenance calls and needs are taken care of in good time and friendly and helpful staff are most efficient.

Glad to be here.

Slum Lord. Seriously the worst of the worst in St. Louis. The apartment was falling apart, black mold everywhere, almost every appliance broken and they will not come out and fix it. The only time they will come out and fix it is if you harass them every day and it is something major. We were left several times without heat or air for weeks at a time. Our AC broke down, was leaking and left a hole with mold all around it in the ceiling. We called about it almost every week for them to come and fix it. When did they fix it? Never. They left it like that for two years! They also will never give you your deposit back, so consider it gone. Roberts realty is really a slum lord at best and should be reported for the conditions he forces people to live in.

You get what you pay for. I moved into one of their apartments in the middle of winter. I was left for a week with NO heat. Finally a new furnace was installed. Now it is summer and the air conditioning won't get this place cooler than 75 degrees no matter what it is set on. I have called several times for someone to come fix this with no results so now I will pay to have it fixed and deduct from rent. They yard is a total mud pit, the place floods everytime it rains. It seems like everytime I turn around there is something wrong in this place.

3rd Class operation. Stay away!!! Rude staff, unhealthy air, flooding garage everytime it rains (sometimes measured in FEET)!!! This place is not cared for at all. I guess you get what you pay for.....no, not even that in this case.
