Beware, the rental dept will charge you without notification

I rented a bike from this dealer and was struck by another driver. Instead of working directly with the insurance company of the driver who struck me - Doc's charged MY credit card with the full amount for the damages to the bike. This was after their rental representative told me that there was nothing to worry about and that they intended on working with the insurance company. This was not what they did - they just charged my card. I would not recomend renting from them. Moreover, the bike they rented me actually had several parts literally fall off while riding, including the heel shifter, and various mounting screws. There are other dealers in the STL area to rent from. In my opinion Doc's handled my rental in a dishonest manner.

• Cons: Employees tell you what you want to hear, but dont followup.
