Extremely expensive, slow service. I brought in my jeep for service and a 50,000 mile check-up. I'd completed all other service, and the car ran well. In spite of having an appointment and dropping off the car the night before, I didn't get a call back saying what needed to be done until nearly 4 pm in spite of me calling to talk to them four times earlier in the day. Needless to say, my car was not fixed that day.

It was finished the next day, but the bill was over $2000. Beware, they are VERY expensive, and I think they must have fixed things that were not broken.

Ignored!!!. I spent 25 minutes walking the lot without even being greeted by a sales associate. There were 3 standing outside the showroom doors when I pulled onto the lot and not one of them acknowledged me. I had just come from work still in my postal uniform and driving what I call my "clown car" a '95 Toyota Corolla. Obviously the sales staff likes to pre-qualify potential customers.

STEALS from CUSTOMERS!!!!. I have owned my Commander for 2 years now and have used Glendale Jeep for anything that needs to be fixed. I recently had hail damage and turned down the place my claims adjuster recommended just to use Glendale Jeep.

After a week of repairs, I went to pick it up this morning only to find out they STOLE every last bit of change from the change slots in my center console. I also throw all of my excess change in the console when the change slots are filled. Like any other person, I keep personal belongings (business cards, chargers, extra dollar bills, makeup) in my center console too. Someone who works there actually removed all of my belongings to take every last bit of change I had in there plus the dollar bills. It was a significant amount as I am always needing change for meters where I live.

I partly blame myself for not cleaning this out before I dropped it off, but it would've weighed a ton in my purse. Never did I think their employees would actually STEAL from me. I did report this problem to them and they have yet to make things better with me. But today, they lost a very good, paying customer who once had a lot of respect for the way they treated me. I will absolutely NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!

Incredible Dealership‎‎. My family has purchased three cars from this dealership. They remembered us after years went by from a previous purchase, which was amazing. Eric the sales manager at Glendale Chrysler is our favorite. Friendly staff, no pressure attitude, take as much time as you need is refreshing and part of the reason we keep coming back to this dealership. We've even recommended them to our friends. Once you find a car dealership where you feel your treated fairly, get an amazing price on cars, you want everyone to know. It's a bit more to take our cars here for work, but our experience is that it's worth the price. (vs chain places). Overall, we are very happy with Glendate Chrysler and Jeep.

Great service department. my sad sad 98 jeep broke down on forest park pkwy and was towed to glendale jeep. I was headed out of town for the weekend so i left it with them and it was all fixed up when I returned. they were pleasant and got to me right away when the tow truck arrived with my car. it was 100+ degrees but i didn't get anything for showing up w/o an apt. I think considering it was the wkend they did a good job of getting the work done by the time i got back.

it also cost me not a dime because whatever they repaired was a par tthat had just been replaced so it was under warranty. they also performed some 27pt inspection/check and told me waht else was wrong with the car.

from my limited experience, it is a great service dept...
