Overall very satisfied with my purchase, though the interior of the car was pretty dirty when I bought it (Rich offered to have the car detailed the following week. Rich did a good job working with my budget and helping me find a car I liked. The car made a concerning humming noise when I started it and put it into gear that Rich said he would have the mechanics take care of, so as long as he pulls through on this, I will be completely satisfied!
I was looking to buy a used car I just had another baby and needing something bigger. Zac was the sales man we talked to he was very informative and helped us both times we came in. I was very pleased with my experience there at the Dean team. Zac knew is by name when we came back the second time and spent alot of time helping us find our car! We will deff recommend Zac and the dean team!
The folks at this dealership greeted me at the door, insured I got to the people I requested and then worked with me promptly to come to a successful conclusion of the deal. Since I knew what I wanted and the price I wanted, I did not want to waste a lot of time. They were very good in helping me meet these objectives.

I came to Dean Team with several cars in mind, and a budget to follow. Richard was more than happy to help me on my 5 day long search for the car I wanted. He returned phone calls immediatly, found me a BETTER deal on a BETTER car than 3 other dealerships I visited prior to my stop at Dean Team and he stayed late(on two occasions) to help me find other options. Quick Service. Fair Price. Friendly People. When I got there, I was met by Rich Reichert on the showroom floor. I told him I had been to the dealer in O'Fallon, IL and had already driven the TDI. Dean had the car I liked on the showroom floor. Since I had already driven a TDI, I didn't need to drive another at this time. I needed a firm price and it had to be good, because I was 110 miles from home in a town I had never been in before. They knew the price had to be right and they needed a good look at my 06 Cadd SRX. They called in someone to look at it, and when he did, we struck a deal. They pulled the car I wanted off the showroom floor and got it ready for me. I left in the car that evening
Treated fairly and with respect by all staff. Always think I could have got a better deal, but that is a reflection on me more than the dealer. Time to purchase the call was good. Buying a car always seems to take so long. Received a fair price for my trade. Really will like the free car washes. Dealer installed a new battery just so they could be sure I wouldn't be stuck anywhere (battery was dead when we test drove).

Thanks. Richard was very nice to work with, he was freindly, provided answers to all our question, it did take a little to much time getting the offers back from the sales manager. I would of liked a better deal, but was satisfied with the one we ended up with. the car was cleaned and detaled when we received it and a 90 service apoitment was set up, I guess we will see if the service that was promased will be there. thank you
