I had amazing service from Patrick Fusz, who is not afraid to be hands on and help his salesperson. He was genuinely friendly and helpful. Tara Gibson was great and even though busy as well as having difficult customers, was excellent in the entire process. The finance person, who I am sorry that the name escapes me, was absolutely informative and helpful with everything, and even though we both wanted to get home, he was never rude or never rushed me. In total, a truly easy pleasant buying experience that I would probably do all over again if they get some Jeep vehicles (my next purchase not their fault). To those people that try to buy during the holidays, these salesmen and staff have families that they want to spend time with as well, and they work hard to accomodate you. Remember that, and that kindness is key in life, even more than getting another 175 knocked off your price. I cannot express in words how easy that I feel that they made this experience. The other salesman even came to me and made small talk during my waiting times, to make me feel comfortable and they did. Kudos Patrick, Tara and your entire team.

After putting the information about my Pontiac into a local site I got a call from Rob Youngclaus at Fusz Toyota used cars asking me to stop by to get a personal evaluation of the car and what they might pay for it. Rob mentioned that perhaps he had a car that I might be interested in on the lot there but I envisioned only Toyotas and told him that the Fusz network had a car at the Ford store that would be more like what I wanted. without hesitation Rob said that he would have that car brought to the Toyota lot so I could see it while there. I picked up my wife before going, we liked the Ford and felt like we were getting a good offer for the Pontiac and the deal was done. Rob was very easy to deal with and I would recommend him to freinds and family without hesitation. Tom K.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Lou Fusz Toyota. My salesman, Dan Bozzay made the process painless and easy. He was professional and did everything he could to make sure I had the car I wanted. When I picked it up he went through all the features and I knew I had made the right choice. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and always asked if they could help in any way. I also met Larry Zeid, head of the service department. He made it a point to introduce himself and assure me my car would be in capable hands when I brought it in for service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lou Fusz to friends and family, and certainly know where I will be headed for my next car.

Delivered my 2000 Lincoln LS 5-speed to Warren Hamilton at Lou Fusz Toyota for service. Warren listened patiently to my less than knowledgeable explanation of what was happening to my car in addition to the engine warning light. He confirmed what he thought he heard and then took over. The car is back to being a joy to drive and Warren is my go-to-guy for anything that it needs in the future. Thank you, Warren!

We worked with Jimmy Conaway and he made our buying experience very pleasant. He listened carefully and asked appropriate questions then helped us find the right car. Negotiations were as pleasant as they could be and he really tried to do the right thing throughout the process. Everyone that we have met at the dealership seems to have the same goal. We are very happy customers.

We recently worked with Mark Kleve and bought a car from Lou Fusz. He made it a great experience for us. He was prompt with the information we requested, no nonsense with the process, and flexible with the deal.

It was an enjoyable process beginning to end and I will definitely be back in the future. It's nice to have found a care dealership that I can go to without feeling like I have to keep one hand on my wallet. Thanks Mark.
