They were great!!. I have had a wonderful experience at Robin's Bridal. I felt like everyone that helped me with my dress had more experience then any other store I went to. Because of their experience and great service we specifically had them order a dress for us although they didn't carry that style in their store.

I have nothing but good things to say about Robins. I wear a size 4 and I ordered my dress in a size 10 because they told me to and it fits perfectly. You have to remember that different designers have different sizes....

The alterations in their store are a great! You can't beat the prices!

Poor Service. I had such a negative expereince here compared to the other shops I visited that I had to write a review to warn other brides!

The service was POOR. My mom and I walked in, and basicly everyone just stared at us. I explained that I had called to make an appointment but understood that they don't take appointments so I should just show up. Everyone still just stared, and I told them my name and that I had sent a "wish list" from their website to the store to give an idea of the styles I liked (none of which they ended up having). Still lots of stares and one of the girls laughed at me. Someone finally reluctantly said she would help, that she had no idea what the "wish list" was and let me know that I should have brought it with me if I expected anyone to pull specific styles. RUDE. She basicly just stood there silently while my mom and I picked out gowns (only 4 allowed) and 1/2 helped me get dressed, neglecting to fully zip or clip any of the gowns. The basic feeling was that she didn't want to be there and certainly didn't want to help me find a gown! All of the other stores I visited were upbeat and everyone was excited to help! These people were the exact opposite.

The selection wasn't that great either.

My mom and I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

They were just ok, a little disappointing.. Everyone at Robin's was nice and helpful to me. Their prices for the most part were reasonable too. My issues were that I went to their website and printed out dresses to try on. They only carried 3 of those dresses, whats the point of the website then? I looked through their stuff and picked things out anyway. Then the most annoying thing was they only have one size in every dress. I'm a size 6, they had mostly size 12-14. So every dress had to be clipped on me. Its hard to get a feel for what the dress will look like when it doesn't fit, not even close. They said I should order a 10 cause I'm busty and have it taken in everywhere else. I am busty but I wear a size 4 jeans, so taking in a size 10 everywhere else is nuts & would be expensive. The size 6 at David's fit me perfect and most of their dresses come in petite. I personally want to try on the correct size before I order it, not guess and then pay extra to make it fit.

Over all I wasn't impressed with their selection anyway and bought my dress at David's.

AWESOME Service and Dress Choices: I highly recommend Robin's for anyone that wants to find unique & beautiful dresses for every member of the bridal party. Their customer service was fabulous. Can't speak highly enough about this store!!! Dawn and JoAnn were the best ever!!!

My wedding gown was delivered without any problems and in perfect condition from Robin's Bridal... (now if I could only say the same about the cake and the flowers...)

I have friends who now wish they had bought from Robin's!

They bought their dresses from some place else (un-named here) in St. Louis with a snootier atmosphere and high prices and that's exactly what they got, snotty bad attitude, poor service, excessive alterations, and they paid allot more money too.

My best friend was the worst example, she cried all day and her wedding was almost ruined for her because her beautiful new dress, (bought somewhere else), was ordered in the wrong size and then altered so poorly and didn't fit or look right. I felt so bad for her I cried too. She found a gorgeous dress that fit her right at Robin's but later got talked into an impulse buy at one of those other places and got ripped off.

I can so highly recommend Robin's Bridal with confidence to everybody!!!

Robin's Bridal has been in business for over 20 years. I wouldn't trust my money at some newer place that is here today and likely gone tomorrow! I only intend to do this wedding thing once....

Robin's Bridal does the dresses in the St. Louis Bride and Groom fashion show twice every year and that's where I first saw their dresses. I used a coupon they gave out for a free veil with the dress.

Great place to find the dresses you'll buy someplace else!. The environment was stale and outdated. But the worst part of the experience was the workers who were all over retirement age and bored to tears to be there. I didn't feel like a bride at all... more like one of the cattle they had to get in and out. On the flip side, the prices were really low. But it felt so scuzzy that even if the dresses were beautiful, you didn't feel beautiful in them. Great place to find the dresses you'll buy someplace else!
