Terrific HVAC Techs and Customer Service, Great Small Family Business

After getting multiple quotes from HVAC installers to replace our 22 year old heat and A/C units, we decided to go with Schraut for a number of reasons. While their quote was not the cheapest on paper, I was confident the install would be done right since the quote included many details that the other contractors either overlooked or considered options to the install.
With it being a small family business, all contact is directly with the the owners, which makes things very easy - we never would get the run-around that we would get from some of the bigger local HVAC service companies.
The service techs were very knowledgable, do teriffic work and take care of the smallest details that really results in a clean, professional installation.
Overall, we are very pleased with Schraut's work and feel very confident that our new HVAC system will last us a long time due to the install and spec'ing of equipment.
