Behind the Scenes.
I can't begin to describe some of the work that has been done for my wife and I through this business. They have (had) some wonderful custom jewelers. However, they cannot keep them around because of the way they treat them! It's truly disheartening to see so many talented people leave. Morally, I can no longer patronize this business after finding out how they treat their employees. Family business - not so much.
And good luck as to what type of mood his wife will be in!
