THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!. Went with my family on Friday March 30, 2012. It was the worst experience I ever had. It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to get to the table to take the drink order. When she returned with drinks she forgot two of them and got one other wrong. We ordered salads for before dinner did not get until dinner. Which came out a plate at at a time. Some of us were done before the others even got their dinner. Could not complain about food due to waitress never came back until it was check time. DO NOT GO THERE>>>It was the WORST!!!!

Great place for the serious eater and drinker. Growler's has a wonderful selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles, as well as a fine selection of liquor and cigars. The food is well-prepared, and each time I go here I've been very satisfied with the service and the quality of my food.

If I have any complaint, it's that their "non-smoking" section near the bar is that in name only. For someone who is allergic to cigarette smoke, I've had my meal ruined by being 25 feet away from the bar and getting their toxic fumes in my area.

Worst food I ever ate!!!!!!!!!!!. We went tonight to Growlers Pub and I hate to say it but it was the worst meal I have ever eaten at any restaurant. My son did not even eat his Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, my steak was like shoe leather. They even ruined the green beans, tasted like vinegar. Salmon was horrible, fries were cold, hamburgers overcooked. I would steer clear of Growlers for food and ONLY go for the beers!

Gotta Luv It. I love Growler's! I've been going there for years.The food is great, the beer selection is great, the atmosphere is bavarian, and the patio is the best around. I'd recommend it to anyone.. including families

Fun Place. Growler's is a lot of fun, a lot of people show up, good bar scene. The food is good, it's bar food but dressed up a little bit, very good. The only bad thing is parking. I can think of 2 times we tried going there but couldn't find a parking spot so we went somewhere else.

Great hang out spot. We go here all of the time for happy hour, dinner and to play NTN trivia. The food is always good and the service is OK. It is generally average. There has only been one time that we had horrible service but I think it was a fluke. The beer selection is awesome if that is your thing. The atmosphere is definitely BAR but for a Friday night that is perfect. Shepherds Pie, Quesadillas, wings, salads, burgers... it is all good. Maybe a little on the smoky side.

great bar scene. If you are looking for a good meal with a great selection of beers in st louis this is the place. The 99 different tap beers (+ many other bottled) can satisfy any beer drinker. The food is very good as well. If you want to eat late night expect a little bit of smokeyness from the bar but overall very good.

Best place for nachos. If you are familiar with the atmosphere and theme of this restaurant, it would seem strange that the nachos is what keeps me coming back. But it is true, Growlers has the best nachos I have ever had. I've been there 20 times plus in the last five years and am never disappointed with the nachos. But for some reason you don't like nachos, they have a great Bavarian atmophere and their location in Sunset Hills has a great outside area. It has served as a wonderful place to gather with friends over the past years. If you are a big beer drinker, this is the place to go. Even if you're not, it is fun trying different beers from all over the world.

Growlers is great. I have been going to growlers since they opened a number of years ago. Not only is the food good no one will go away hungry the portions are great! Also the management of Growlers support a number of local charities in the St. Loouis area,

Growlers Is Great. I started going to Growlers about a year ago, and I go at least once a week. I haven't found anything I don't like on the menu.
