Toy store dishonesty. I thought I liked this store and had been there a fair amount, but no more. My daughter bought an expensive($65.00) Bruder truck. Got it home and it did not work as advertised on the Bruder site. This was the one and only model in the store so she asked them to reorder a new one as it was sold as a working truck.

Cof K said they were ordering a new one. After 2 weeksshe called-not in but coming, after 4weeks called-not in, 6 weeks-called said would be in Wed. -called -not in. Friday they said it was in.

IT WAS THE SAME TRUCK. THEY HAD NEVER ORDERED A NEW ONE AND WERE TRYING TO PASS IT OFF AS THE NEW ONE.

RETURNED IT-STAFF ARGUED, YOUNG GIRL WAS INSULTING, TRIED TO SAY THEY ORDERED A NEW PART BUT IT STILL DID NOT WORK. Very reluctantly said they would refund. No sorry, nothing.

DON'T GO THERE.

Worth the time!. This is a great, customer friendly toy store that has fantastic developmental toys for kids of all ages! I was able to walk in, give the ages of my children and have knowledgeable sales people select something special. These are not mainstream toys that you would find in Wal-Mart or Toys R Us. These are developmental toys that won't be in the closet in a month.
