I strongly recommend this dealership. From the time I made the intital contact with Ralph Bradford until the time I left in the car I bought I felt like I was in the hands of a professional and that I was being treated fairly. They matched the mostcompetitive price I could find on the web and I was out in less than one hour. That's amazing in and of itself! If your going to look at a Toyota see Ralph at Weiss Toyota and save yourself the typical car dealership dog and pony show.
Be careful, I would not recommend this company to anyone. – I purchased a Demonstrator Toyota Camry from Weiss Toyota Scion of South County. The price was reasonable and I believed I received a fair price for my tread-in. I was told by Chad, the salesman that this car had all of the guarantees and warrantees of a new car and I would not see any difference between a Demonstrator and a brand new car.
When I pick up the car I noticed numerous scratches and several ding on the body. I was assured by Chad that all of these issues, three dents and 20 other paint issues would be resolved and I would be happy with the results.
I returned the car two days latter with all areas in question marked with masking tape. Chad said they would take care of all issues. They did not. When I picked up the call, none of the dents were repaired and the scratches appear to have been filled in with silicone. The areas shine but the scratches are still there.
Returned the car again for same repairs. Once again Chad said that these issues would be resolved. When I returned to pick up the car, none of these issues were repaired.
I would not accept the car so Chad got the sales -manager to review the issues. The sales-manager said he sees the scratches and the dents but I should accept them since I did not buy a new car, I purchased a Demonstrator so what should I expect.
This was not the condition of sale. I was told by Chad that I would not find any difference between a new car and the demonstrator. It was not my intention to over $23,000 for a dented, scratched car.
My recommendation to all who read this is buy the Camry, I love the car but do not buy from Weiss Toyota.
Wonderful Experence and Great Service – I purchased a New Toyota Camry from Weiss Toyota Scion of South County and I got everything I asked for. I was treated with respect and I was given a very fair price for both my trade and the new Camry that I purchased. I would recommend this dealership to any and all of my friends and family.
Do NOT Go Here!! Unless you find it enjoyable to be talked down to and ignored. – My husband and I were in the market to buy a Scion TC.. at the time you had to special order Scions because they were sold off the floor as soon as they got in to the dealership and up for sale. I first get to the dealership and stand there for 20 or so minutes (in which no one even bother to offer to help us) until finally we walked up to the first person we saw and said.. 'We would like some help' in which he sat us at someones desk and told us he would be back in a few min because he was on BreaK! Finally when he gets back (5 or so later) I tell him I am looking to buy a Scion with a $4000 down payment he thinks its necessary to bring his manager over to sit down with us and tell us the Only way he would special order my scion was if I had proof of the $4000 or if I gave him my current title to the car I would be trading in when my scion arrived. Because we were young (mid twenties) we got treated like we were complete idiots. I'm sorry we didnt fit into their mold (30's-40 yrs old, white, and drove in with a bmw to look like we had money) to get served. We had so many problems after the inital visit but I am not going to waste my time anymore talking about this terrible dealership- they are not worth my stress they caused. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION.. WHEN YOU SEE THEM.. JUST DRIVE ON BY.. P.S. THEY WERE REPORTED TO Better Business Bereau AND WERE ALSO SENT A LETTER ABOUT HOW BAD OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AND THEIR WAS NO FOLLOWUP BY THE DEALERSHIP TO EITHER.
Good price quote – This dealership is the one that drove the deal to my recent Prius purchase in St. Louis. Their first quote was at invoice, and their second (independently) matched the best price I got in the metro area. For those that live in south St. Louis, you should definitely talk to their internet sales guy. He was courteous and professional, constantly spelling out exactly what was going on. The only reason I didn't buy from this dealer was that a dealer closer to where I live (and that I'd had a prior good experience with) offered at the same priice as Feld. Whatever you do, make sure to get a price quote from this dealer, if for no other reason than to drive a better deal elsewhere.
