A one stop shop!

Recently I saw a bill board for $99 teeth whitening on my way to work. Curious, I called the number and was given good information by a friendly receptionist.

She told me the teeth whitening was located inside of Changes salon. Teeth whitening inside of a salon? COOL! I went in for my appointment and was very pleasantly surprised. The salon is very nice and everyone in the place seemed helpful and friendly. I was seen vey quickly and my appointment went very well. I was satisied with the results and the technician was helpful and professional.

The only down side was that they were doing some construction and the room used for whitening was stuffy and cramped. I could also hear employees talking VERY LOUDLY in the break room which was very distracting as the service was being explained.

After my treatment, the tech took me on a tour and offered me refreshments as well. We then toured the exquisite sister spa next door.

I was so impressed that I came back for hair cut and will get a massage next week.HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

• Cons: cramped service room , loud employees

Fantastic.

I've been going here since I was like 10 (now 18), my mum has extremely long hair and she goes to get it dyed and trimmed regularly. The staff is extremely friendly, even now. They are good at getting the look you want and very good at dying your hair. Although they aren't mind readers, if you aren't very good at completley detailing how you want your hair to look, or how short you want it to be, they may mess up, but that's not their fault. Everything they do is still absolutley lovely. Make-up artists there are good too, as long as you like the whole sha-bang, foundation, coverup, etc. They'll make you look exquisite if you really want the dolled up look (remember to really explain what you want!). All in all it's a fantastic place, and the owner is awesome. Very friendly!

• Cons: Not mind readers.
