Go elsewhere, they apparently don't care about customer serv.
On my recommendation to get his tires at Dobbs my 80 year old father has had to return several times to due to balance issues. My father is a retired GM employee and he has never had to return to a tire place so many times due to poor service. My father is a very nice guy who doesn't like to rock the boat so this last time that we returned his vehicle due to balance I spoke with the manager "Pat". I expressed strongly without swearing that the vehicle needs to be fixed or we are going to the BBB and the attorney general. His response to me "The squeaky wheel doesn't always get the grease." That pretty much tells me he's not interested in resolving any issues with an upset customer. I could understand his response had it been the first time that the vehicle was brought to them but this was the 4th time. Needless to say that I will not be back as a customer myself and will be passing on my experience with "Pat." It just goes to show that some companies don't care because they know they'll have business anyway.
