Mixed experiences. On my 1st experience the color turned out good, but I was there near closing time and the employees were planning on going out after work and seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. She didn't dry my hair completely then proceeded to flat iron it. You know what happens when you do that..it breaks your hair off and damages it! I heard alot of sizzling and was sitting there thinking "shes frying my hair". My hair has not been the same since then, still damaged. My hair was not damaged before then and now I can't seem to get rid of the damage she did. So I got a card in the mail that this particular sylist moved to a different salon..like I cared after what she did, but I thought of this as an opportunity to give Regis another shot. The 2nd time was better. The prices here are pretty much in line with most other places. I was much more pleased the 2nd time although the color turned brassy after a little while. I won't be going back again.
