I had such a wonderful experience with this dance store. I couldn't have asked for a better dance shop. Like all dance moms, I've had my share of shoe shopping. I called this store and told them exactly what i needed and paid with a c/c over the phone. I told them my husband would be picking up the shoes after work the next week. The young lady working that day went above and beyond!! I was fully prepared to pay the full price for the shoes. I told her about the experience we had with name brand tap she wore now, and she proceeded to tell me of another name brand that would probably be more comfortable and cheaper for my little girl than the other shoes I was preparing to buy. She went on to tell me the other name brand tap looked identical to the shoe I originally asked for. Then she told me about a used tap in that same model and asked me to bring in my daughter's old tap shoes. After the lower price tap brand, plus the fact that it was used (but still in excellent shape), and trading in her old tap shoes, I ended up paying $1/4 of the price for great tap shoes!! I love this store. I've been around dance for several years and I've bought more dance shoes than I care to admit, but I can honestly say.... I have never recieved the outstanding customer service I recieved from this store!! Thank You Shoes Unlimited!!!
