Checkered Flag Hobby Country.
I searched every art and hobby store around looking for dollhouse kits for my daughter for Christmas. I remembered Checkered Flag (it's a bit tucked away and easily forgotten) where I always got my sons model trains years ago. Sure enough they have them. Not a huge selection of dollhouses but compared to the other stores it was enormous (i.e. they had them.)
The shop is small and the owner is very polite and helpful.
Just keep in mind they sell mainly model trains, cars, planes, and helicopters. The dollhouses share one small isle with paint and canvas and then there is a section for small childrens art and crafts.
