Awful! Avoid like the plague!. I would avoid this place like the plague. On a recent trip to pick up a pizza order, we found the employees on duty too busy playing and joking around to be concerned with correctly preparing and delivering orders. Our pizza had been given to another customer! When we complained, the very unprofessional "staff" became hostile to us, supported by flaccid management.

The moral of this story-don't go to the UCity Racanelli's! There are too many excellent sources for pizza around (Dewey's, Pi, Pointers, Il Vicino, to name a few) to justify this establishment being in business!

Wake Up!. Love the pizza but the people who work there are either stupid or not properly trained in the art of customer service. I have tried to use their "delivery service" several times to no avail. They cannot fulfill a delivery order to save their lives!

yummy. By the slice or the whole pie. BIG slices for around $2.50 will fill you up. Yes, it's very greasy, just like real New York style pizza. Great pizza for the dollar, but be prepared to take it to go since seating is VERY limited. This is strickly counter service, no waiters or waitresses.
