Never using again.
I called wanting to deliver my girlfriend a nice batch of lillies. She would be home the next day from 12-2:30 or so, which i gladly noted to the guy on the phone. He said "when we do our PM deliveries, we will take them over. They will get there in that time, no problem."
Well they were dropped off at 3pm, the guy said "oh i thought you said 12-4" . . What the heck?
The delivery was made only 5 blocks away from there store! Oh and this was one of their only deliveries the whole day! (i found out from someone else).
Overpriced ($9 for delivery when website says $8, and they still couldn't get it right). They didn't even offer an apology either.
Will never use again. Would not recommend them to anyone else either.
I've had numerous issues similar to this with them and will be going somewhere else for our wedding. Having to ruin a surprise because of their incompetence is something i will never do again.
never again. I ordered a very simple arrangement to be sent the next day, after calling to confirm the day of delivery because they do not send email confirmations... I was told it will for sure go out today. Then I asked for a phone call to tell me that it was received (I understand this was asking a lot but it was extremely important to me that it arrive this day). The woman agreed to call me when it was delivered... also, keep in mind I ordered with plenty of notice yet they were not planning to deliver until late afternoon which she chose not tell me the day I ordered. As I am sure you can tell by now the arrangement did not arrive the day I scheduled. I followed up at 4:45 because I had not heard anything... no answer, no answer... so I called first thing this morning to be told "Its bosses day so it will be a while before we know anything" and when I responded calmly (not my normal demeanor but I didn't figure getting feisty over the phone would do me any good) with... "I dont have a while" He very promptly said, "good bye". So in summation, I order something from this business... they do not follow through... and I get hung up on... Never again.
Rude and incompetent is no way to go through life. I don't usually mind bad service, but I joined Citysearch purely to let people know how bafflingly incompetent and rude this place is, considering how simple ordering flowers would seem to be. They are in close proximity to my house, but I will no long order from them. I have attempted to order from them on two occasions, and, on one occasion, I recieved the bouquet a day later than promised, and the second time I played telephone tag with an employee for two-and-a-half hours before being hung up on - by the manager, for an apparent misunderstanding over my P.O. box number(!). Heed the two negative reviews: you'll have better luck ordering from any other florist in the St. Louis area.

THE BEST FRESH FLOWERS IN ST. LOUIS AND GREAT PERSONAL SERVICE!. I USE THIS FLORIST ALL THE TIME, BEAUTIFUL FRESH FLOWERS AND PERSONAL SERVICE ALL THE TIME! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TALK TO KEVIN HE IS ONE OF THE BEST DESIGNERS IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA.
beware of this place. beware of this business, you have been warned. check with the better business org before you place an order with them. Please use common sense!
terrible service. A good business would return phone calls, deliver after 3 pm if they missed you (many people worked) and actually answer questions with something less vague than "the offic people are out for the day. This is the absolutely worst florist I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
