Just Downright Rude. I have to agree with a previous poster--these people are ill-mannered. No patience, no people skills, and only interested in the quick sale. They do not like answering questions, no matter how cordial you phrase them. This is a company with an attitude--and the attitude is that they are doing you a big favor by allowing you the privilege of purchasing something. My advise is to shop elsewhere.

Good people....great service.... I have a handicapped son that collects coins. Mo Coin Co is patient and genuinly enjoy him coming in and chatting and browsing...they trust him to page thru coin bins...they let him look till hes finished...never a rush job or the brushoff....I rate them the best!!!

Rude, bad retail customer service. Went to do business with them several times , only once were they even decent. All other times they

were rude , difficult , inpatient , and even tried to cheat me when giving change back from a transaction

even though the register shows exactly how much to give back plain as day. Do not go unless you want

to hear this guy complain and get you out the door as quick as possible. TOTAL LACK of retail customer

service skills - I can't see how they would keep any regular customers coming back to sell or buy.
