Good people....great service...

I have a handicapped son that collects coins. Mo Coin Co is patient and genuinly enjoy him coming in and chatting and browsing...they trust him to page thru coin bins...they let him look till hes finished...never a rush job or the brushoff....I rate them the best!!!

Rude, bad retail customer service

Went to do business with them several times , only once were they even decent. All other times they

were rude , difficult , inpatient , and even tried to cheat me when giving change back from a transaction

even though the register shows exactly how much to give back plain as day. Do not go unless you want

to hear this guy complain and get you out the door as quick as possible. TOTAL LACK of retail customer

service skills - I can't see how they would keep any regular customers coming back to sell or buy.

• Cons: Bad customer service, impatient, rude, bad attitude, lack of good retail demeanor
