Very Rude! Wasted my time!

I will never go to this store. I have been calling shops trying to locate some specific Bari Jay dress styles and every shop I called offered the information I needed when I called or through email. None had any problem with my request. When I called Enchanted Bride, the woman had me repeat the 7 dress styles twice and told me to hold on so she could look up the dresses. I waited about five minutes before she got back on the phone. When she came back she told me she couldn't look up all the style numbers for me because--as she said--"we lose track of all these styles". She ignored my intial request after making we wait all that time for simple information and tried getting me to make an appointment. I asked if she could let me know if she had any of the styles I am searching for and she wouldn't give me any information. If I wanted to just go to a shop to look at their selection, I'd do that. I am on a search for specific styles and nothing else, so I'm not going to drive 30-40 minutes to find out they have nothing I'm looking for. So she tried again to give me directions to the shop and set up an appointment. I told her I wasn't going to waste time with the shop if they weren't going to give me any information. She said "okay thank you".

From my experience in retail, this is a simple request and any store no matter how "high and mighty" should be able to give out simple information about some dress styles.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I had the best experience ordering my bridal gown and setting up my bridesmaid dress order at Bridal Connections in Florissant! Both of my sisters-in-law and four of my friends have gone to that shop! If you want a great place to shop with friendly service without pushing you into buying your dream dress (like I did!)...I would highly recommend Bridal Connections! :)

Very rude and snobbish sales people

I have never encountered more rude, unhelpful, almost hostile sales people in any retail shop. I went in initially to look at a $1300 evening dress. In this economy, you would think they would be interested and at least a bit helpful. I was treated with blatent disrespect and I would never do business with this firm

Bad Service, Rude Salespeople

I called to request an appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses with two of my bridesmaids. They first demanded to know why I wasn't including a full bridal consultation, then said they reserved appointments for bridal appointments only. I was left stuttering that we wouldn't need much attention and that I'm only in the preliminary stages of planning (my wedding is over 1 year away) and thus only looking at bridesmaid dresses. She replied she could give me some minimal time the next day, instead of inquiring into my availability. I told her I was no longer interested in coming in. Rather silly, confused salespeople... this is St. Louis, not LA, and there are much nicer boutiques here with much nicer sales people. Kindly get over yourself.
