Tips for Nobu's Japanese Restaurant

Boos for Nobu's. We ordered takeout and were told it would take 15-20 minutes; we were still waiting 45 minutes later. We found very poorly made maki; warm soy sauce on the sunomono instead of sweet vinegar; and soggy tempura. Worse, they shorted us one entree, leaving three of us sharing food for two.

Feel at ease. I like the atmosphere of Nobu's. There has been time that the food was "iffy". The fried oysters are to die for.
