Great Service & Food. I recoment Chris' to all my out of town guest. Chris' is by far the best breakfast in St. Louis! And they have a bar! Good eats and drinks. What more could you ask for?

A cardiologist's best friend. While the pancakes, omlettes, and virtually everything else in this place are great, and usually as big as your head, there a couple of standouts that keep me going back everytime I'm back home in St. Louis.

1) Fried Chicken. Best in St. Louis, or anywhere else. And seven bucks for half a chicken and 2 sides? Heaven

2) Mozarella sticks. Best anywhere because I think they are actually home made. Mmmm Fried Cheese.

The toasted Ravs aren't bad either, but I think the owner is Italian which helps explain the presence of certain Hill staples on the menu

Breakfast with Italian Spice. 2 eggs scrambled, hashbrowns, pancakes and salsiccia (italian sausage links) after an appetizer of maple cookies with walnuts - fresh from the oven if you get there early. Who could ask for more? This is just a sample of the food available at Chris'. But it's not just breakfast - they have a full lunch with home-made soup and their dinner menu has a number of regular specials in addition to their standard menu fare.

when I was their. My daughter lived in St. Louis and went in for breakfast with the kids(all 3 boys) it rated the highest with us as she is also a chef. The people who served us were great and everything was more than I could eat. I give it a 10+ rating. Hope to be back there again soon.

A Favorite!. Excellent attention to the basics here. Good food and deep menu for everyone's breakfast favorite. Servers bring fresh coffee before you realize you need it--no carafes of coffee made earlier here.
