First time customer - highly recommend. I was referred to Franklin's to have them fix a problem with my electrical system, which is a tough problem to fix (read can take a lot of time to identify and fix). Wes and his team were extremely diligent in trying to identify the problem and very thorough in giving me updates. When I picked up my car (after they fixed it) I was shocked to see how little they charged me as I know the time they took to identify the problem, my dad and I figured the bill would be at least double what it turned out to be. And if that's not enough, they were kind enough to give me a ride to the Metrolink station so I could get to work, terrific customer service. Finding a shop you can trust is difficult but Wes and his team definitely earned my business next time I have a problem.…
crooks. I went here for A/C repair not long ago. I dropped off my car and I picked it up later that day. I paid the bill, (over $100) but later realizied no work was done to my car. After I had John Paul at Alleyway do the same job months later, I knew I'd been ROBBED. This place is crooked even for car repair places. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone but my worst enemy.…
Great advice. I have been trying to get the engine light to go off in my 97 maxima. I finally took it to the dealer to have the emissions test done and told me the codes as to why it failed. In order to tell me how to fix the problem I was told I needed to pay $340.00 just to look at it to see what was needed to fix the codes. It needed a more in-depth diagnostic than the usual $85.00 diagnostic. I lucked upon Franklin Specialist in the Yellow Pages and set up an appointment. I got there and showed John my codes and he was able to tell me what was needed to fix my car. I will take it back in a couple of weeks to get it fixed and give everyone a update. By the way I saved $340.00 because John told me for FREE. How could you not use free honest info in this economy. They just got a new customer.…
Best Nissan Repair Shop in USA. "These guy's and gals are brilliant" I took my car to Suntrup where they told me I needed $835 dollars worth of repair . I drove to Franklins where they told me it was an adjustable feature to where my bill came to only $282. Thanks Deb & Wes…
