I totally agree with the other reviewer. I've also given up trying to move this company into this century. It's insane to pay to pay the bill. AND to have to KNOW the account number when paying it. I pay my bills when I'm miles from home and no where near the actual piece of paper with the information on it. I've written letters and called. There appears to be no hope. I don't even want to give them the one star.
Pros: have water

I truly hate this bill. It's not like there is an option to this company, so deal-with-it is the solution. I've searched for ways to make paying this easier. The only option I've found to pay this online is at their website where you must have the 10 digit account number (something I don't carry around with me) and are charged a fee to pay the bill. If you choose to over pay the bill you can be stuck with a double fee. Insanity. I've given up on this company ever moving into this decade. I've written letters and made phone calls and I finally give up. Since trucking water in doesn't seem like a true option... I'm dealing-with-it reluctantly.
Pros: I've got water.
Cons: No reasonable 'modern' way of paying for it.
