I just read a review from "Shorty." First, we are NEVER snotty to customers. We have nothing to be snotty about! We are a family owned business and like others in the retail business we want to offer personal attention and advise. Our dresses are not overpriced unless a customer wants to spend 100 dollars on a dress. (Although our constant sale rack has that price) Perhaps the prices of our dresses intimidated the customer. Secondly, we have not written these reviews and sounds like to me that this person has a personal gripe against our store (maybe it is another store owner.) We are not going out of business and there is a reason why we are known nationally and have succeeded for 21 years in business. I would love to hear from this "fictious" person so we could further her complaint in a constructive manner.

terrible experience

After reading the other reviews i think the management and sales associates are writing them. I can not image a 'real' customer saying those things about this store. It was a waste of my time. Terrible service, snoby sales people, rude actually. Dresses are over priced. I am sure they will be out of business soon.... bye bye!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! I did however find a great store down in the valley - good selection, great prices. Very helpful sales staff. It is near the new theater..

Best Dressed Mother of the Bride

My search for a mother of the bride dress ended the moment I set foot in Distinctions. The owners and all their sales associates are wonderful! They have a wide selection and style of dresses and they weren't just out to sell me a dress; they were there to make sure I looked my best for my daughter's wedding. And they succeeded. The many complements I received still bring a happy smile to my face. We also found a gorgeous grandmother of the bride dress here. All of our alterations were handled by their seamstress, who does spectacular work. I can't say enough positives about this store. Ladies, make it easy on yourselves and START your search at Distinctions whether it is for a wedding or another special occasion.
