I have used this company every time I have purchased a new home. At first just for installing my sound systems. Now they installed my alarm and home theater system. Love everything including the ability to view my home on my iPhone and change my HVAC temp. Saves me lots when I travel. Thanks. This new system is the best. We love technology!!!

Be Warned. I contracted The sound room to install a state of the art, top quality video camera system. The install was terrible. They would work half a day then leave and come back and work another partial day. I had meetings scheduled with the security expert and he would not show up. We were told they had bigger installs and we were taking a back seat. Our install was at $40,000. Not small by any means. In the end the picture resolution is terrible. You can't see anything. We were showed pictures, demos on how the quality was going to be at finish and it's nothing close. we were promised a couple of new cameras for the trouble but when they were not awarded second phase they decided to not hold up to their end of our agreement.

The bottom line do not trust them for camera installs. They are no good.
