Want to impress the beer drinker in your life?. What's On Tap
At nice restaurants, they hand you a wine list. At most bars, they just tell you what's on tap. At Growlers, a beer menu (yes, a menu—not a list) is what you'll get. Pages and pages of domestic and international beers (32, to be precise) are on tap in addition to bottled beer. For some reason, you see a lot of people—usually ladies—drinking Red Stripe here in lieu of tap beers. Just don't go asking for anything "light."

The Food
As if the beer choice isn't enough, Growlers also dishes up normal pub specialties with one exception—the Po' Boy sandwich, which is the best this far north of New Orleans. Bring the kids after a tee-ball game so you can reload them with carbs and calories; anyone can flip through the menus here and be growl-free.
