Best Greek food in the area!.
Pita Plus Co is by far the best place to go if you are looking for fresh, quality, authentic Greek food, without having to leave the country. I in fact have been to Israel, and can honestly say that their falafels are better than the ones I had over in the middle east! My husband really loves their chicken gyros and greek salads. I only live a couple of miles from the restaurant, but I learned about the place from a friend. It is located in a small strip mall.
I am sure glad that I tried it out. The food there is incredible, and is always fresh. The owner and staff are always quick to take your order and are speedy with getting the food to you and are very friendly. I really love the place, and go there just about every week. If you live in the St. Louis area, you have to try this place out.

Superb Greek specialties. Going to Pita Plus is like dining in Greece at a small neighborhood restaurant. The food is superb and the owners do all the cooking and waiting on customers. I have to go on a regular basis and get my "Gyro" fix. This is one of the most authentic little places to dine in the St. Louis area. Put it on your "to do" list and make sure to go. You won't be disappointed.

Many tasty options for fast dining. Pita Plus is located in a strip mall in a small location; it is hard to move around if the tables are all filled with people. That being said, the owner (whom I believe purchased the restaurant from the previous owners and has made the food remarkably better) is always curteous and prompt to take your order. It rarely takes long to get the food. One may order anything from gyros to lamb kabobs to an egg salad, tuna salad, or hummus pita to tandoori chicken. They also have phyllo dough pockets filled with potato, cheese, or beef. The pitas are always overflowing and each comes with buttery garlic pita chips made from the daily-made fresh pita. It's a great place to go for a quality lunch.
