DON'T PLACE ORDERS HERE. BBB WON'T HELP YOU EITHER!. 3rd UPDATE: BBB has sided with the vendor since he is using his special needs child as an excuse to why he wasn't helpful. Either way, he could've scheduled something later that could've accommodated both parties. Keep the customer instead of lose them, but he didn't. At first he was only going to offer a PARTIAL refund, but since I am exercising my 1st Amendment and wrote this review, he is angry and BBB labeled the case, unresolved. So, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT purchase your flowers from this guy. If you have a complaint, BBB will side with him! This review will go on ALL other sites to warn others of the ridiculous service you may receive eventually (if you ordered from him before)! 2nd UPDATE: We filed a complain with BBB. UPDATE: My boyfriend tried calling them to complain, all numbers listed on the webpage and the number the guy called from when he delivered the flowers, NO ANSWER AT ALL! 2 of 3 arrangements sent over a period of time were not like listed on the website. Who puts long-stemmed, droopy tulips in a fish bowl vase and in an unstable, unsupported position? My boyfriend paid about $120 after taxes for an arrangement that looked like it was put together at the last minute. If he wanted a sloppy job, maybe he would've chosen another tulip arrangement for an even cheaper price. Don't order arrangements from here at all! The second arrangement I received from this site was ok, but missing some of the flowers it said it would include.
