I came to Hammerbodies after not working out or doing much of anything physical for years. I was really nervous initially, but the Hammerbodies staff was unreal. They made me feel right at home, and made me confident in their knowledge and my ability to get back on track. Coach Hammer helped me realize the importance of being healthy and staying fit. Tony Muyco wrote an amazing custom designed personal training program just for me, and Jaime designed a nutrition plan that went hand an hand with the training. Every 12 weeks I can get evaluated and get a new program to continue to help me reach my goals. Hammerbodies really knows what its doing, and I would highly reccommend it to ANY and EVERYONE!

I looked perfect on my wedding day

i love my nutritionist...he customized a plan that was perfect for me (i'm a pretty picky eater as it is). he even gave me a specific 2-week long plan, that helped me drop extra weight a little faster than usual. i loved my trainers! i had 2 throughout my pre-wedding prep and i liked coach hammer too, he's a riot and very knowledgeable. the trainers know how to push you hard, forcing you to get the results you're there for, without being mean or harsh. i loved how personable they were and how i really felt like i had a friendship with everyone there.

best part yet...MY RESULTS caused all of my friends and family to sign up for sessions at hammerbodies :) i'm walking proof that it's not THAT hard to get in shape with a little direction :)

This place is all about results and success!

Hammerbodies is not an ordinary gym. I was amazed at how classy the clinic is & how everything is designed for you. Others say it, these guys really do it! My registered dietician designed the perfect eating plan to match the specific custom designed training program for me. I immediately saw results & lost weight. I have trained with multiple trainers there & everyone has been great! They are extremely knowledgeable as well as educational. I have learned so much! They constantly hold inservices to train their trainers weekly, so no one gets stale or complacent. If you live anywhere around St. Louis, use these guys and you wont regret it...they are absolutely the best!
