Great Clean car's. I had bought a car 3 months ago from Roger and I want to let let everyone know I have had no problems with the vehicle .The office people and saleman are friendly and great,Paper work took about 20mins tops and we was out of there and driving.They gave me saftey and emissions papers showing the car was ready to be sold temp tag and also a warranty, you dont get that at most car dealerships you go to but here they stand behind there name ... I so will be back and telling all my family and friends go there but for anywhere else...

nice car. I bought my VW Jetta from Roger a few months ago and wanted it known that I have never had as good of an experience buying a car as I did at Rogers. The paper work was easy, the car drove great and came with a warrenty. i know its scary when you buy a car, but it wasnt for me that day. I didnt get approved at first, but they explained why and what i needed to do to get inot a car. i wasnt too happy about not being approved, but it wasnt their fault. They seemed more interested in helping ME buying a car than THEM selling me a car. Once I understood what I needed to do I was in the car the same day. Now I am on the way to better credit and I am still driving a nice car. Go to Roger Wilson's!!!!! any of their staff can help you.

GOT A PRETTY GOOD DEAL!!!!!. HAD A GREAT EXP AT THIS DEALER...I DIDNT BUY BECAUSE THE CAR I WENT FOR WAS SELLING WHEN I PULLED UP BUT THEY STILL WALKED ME AROUND AND GAVE IT A SHOT.THEY WERE VERY NICE AND I WOULD KEEP THEM IN MIND ON MY NEXT CAR

BUYERS BEWARE--PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT ROGER WILSON!!! IF YOU SEE A CAR ON THEIR LOT YOU THINK YOU MIGHT LIKE, PLEASE LOOK FOR IT AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST. I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE THAT IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE TO HAVE IT THOROUGHLY CHECKED FOR ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS AND NOT LET THEM TALK YOU OUT OF IT. RICH MARTINEZ SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE HE IS VERY RUDE (AFTER HE GETS YOUR MONEY) AND A LIAR. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ROGER WILSON MOTORS!!!!!!

Literally, WORST place I ever bought a car.. Read this, seriously. I bought a used 2002 Volkswagen Passat for about 5000, with roughly 90,000 miles. It seemed like a great price; black leather, moon roof, heated seats, all the works. I drove out from O’fallon, MO and the place looked small and sketchy. Roger, the owner, was nice and not too pushy. He showed me the car. It was owned by smoker, you could tell from the smell and burn holes. Other than that, it looked sharp. The door shut funny, and he INSISTED that it was JUST the car (Later to find out that it wasn’t, and I had to drive BACK to fix it. HOUR DRIVE). Then, there the back window didn’t work, so he told me to come back up to fix it. Another hour drive. When I was purchasing the car, he TRICKED ME INTO BUYING A 500 DOLLAR WARRANTY. He said it would protect the engine for 5 years. Well, well…just wait…that comes back to bite me.

When I took it out that night after I purchased it. Everything seemed nice, but the FRONT LIGHTS DIDN’T WORK. I went the next day to fix the light and door. Some other man told me to come up and they couldn’t even figure out the problem. He told me to just use my brights until he talked to Roger. Seriously? Not to mention, it took them over 3 hours to fix the window and door. They just sat in their office laughing, not doing anything, while I had to wait in my friend's car an hour away from my house. Roger told me he’d pay for the lights whereever I took it. So, I took it to AutoTire and they replaced one bulb, but the other headlight was out from an electrical problem. I had to take it to a specialist to fix the problem. Roger apparently had no idea about this. That was all the beginning.

TWO MONTHS LATER. The car started to have problems. The engine light would flash on. Then when driving down the highway the car stopped and broke down. I had to move it over to the side during rush hour. Apparently, the “WARRANTY” I bought DIDN’T COVER this. The timing belt was the original and was NEVER CHANGED. Roger never mentioned. They are supposed to be changed ever 70,000 miles. Remember, I bought this at 90,000. The “warranty” stated that since it was the timing belt’s fault that broke the engine, they wouldn’t cover it. Warranty was a dud. They sold me a lemon.

Worst place to buy a car. Seriously. They make cars look nice, but interally, are horrible.
