Hands down the worst diner experience ever. Tiffany's was hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had and I do not have high expectations. Service at this place was terrible, the menu is limited, the food is AWFUL. (Burgers are grey) This was the first time I have ever found myself wishing I had just stayed home and cooked there. If I were starving in a desert, I would not go to Tiffany's because then I would STILL have to listen to the Hillbilly teenage worthless staff who (upon finding that the ATM was broken) sighed and directed my friend (with wrong directions no less) to travel to an ATM MILES out of the way when, it turns out, there was one across the street. I routinely saw both staff members wiping their egg/raw meat covered hands on their barely present articles of "clothing". Eating here made me want to commit suicide.
one of the few real diners left. If I'm drunk and hungry in Maplewood I'm usually heading here. For a diner, this food is great. Go in late at night and you will also find some interesting characters. Beware of the Repo Man lurking outside, he might sweep the leg Johnny!
Such Charm. It all started with breakfast and drunken munchies and now this cozy establishment has become part of my family. The staff is very friendly, and if you are up for good conversation or a place to shoot the s**t this is IT! As far as previous reviews that mention an "additude" from the lady behind the counter. That "attidude" is dished out probally because it was given to one of them first. These ladies have been there for years and are some of the very few older women that put up with the late night drunk crowd that comes stumbling in. My favorite thing about this "diamond in the ruff" is that everyone is welcome. You feel at home when you walk in, you form relationships with the "regulars" and have a great time. What might have been a quick meal my first time has now turned in to a 1-2 hour visit with friends. As far as taking only cash... they have an ATM. Keep up the GOOD WORK!
Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Locals get their late night cravings satisfied at this diner serving hearty portions at affordable prices.
Best Greesy Food Spot with Attitude on the Side. I normally visit Tiffany's in the wee hours after my taste buds have gone to bed, but I still enjoy a nice helping of artery clogging eggs with buttery toast, oh and of course hash browns with ketchup. My brother tells me how to order to avoid being yelled at by the lady behind the counter and I don't mind because that is why I make the visit!
For Insomniacs. If you're up late partying and need a place to wind down and satisfy your drunk munchies then you MUST visit here. You won't have to break the piggie bank to feed yourself, play Johnny Cash on the jukebox, and play a round of pinball or other vintage video games. All of my best STL evenings, ended with BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S!
atmosphere. The best diner for late night eats. At 2 am the variety of people in this joint is awesome. The best breakfast, cheap. The only draw back is the limited seating. But then again you might have to sit next to someone you don't know. How exciting is that.
