Great service again. This is the third time I have used Two Men & A Truck. Kyle and Russel were very well trained and did a nice job of protecting my belongings. As always, a very good value.

Very bad sevice.Ripped off . Unresponsive cust.service. We had to move two times this year. both times we used Two Men and a Truck.

The first time they did a good job.The problem is with the second time. I will explain.

The first move was only about 3 miles.The crew was well trained. They did not send enough help, but did send one additional person later. One of the reasons for this is that they give you an estimate on the phone. They really don`t know how much stuff you have to move. They just give you an hourly rate. This really puts you at the mercy of the crew that`s moving your things. If they are not up to snuff that day,you pay!!

The second move was 10 months later. This time 17 miles. They charged me almost two times what the first move cost. The first move was approx. 900.00 and that included a tip for the crew. The second move was 1754.00 with no tip.

Job vs Cost = good deal. They did a good job for the right price...we'll be using them again soon. My inlaws used them & liked them too. All around good experience.

Excellent customer service; great people moving you.. I scheduled these guys 3 days before my move and they worked around my busy schedule. They showed up early (called to make sure it was OK) and then moved some very difficult items with the care of someone moving their own goods. They were very personable. Time flew. Will use them again next time I move.

Poor customer service. They never showed up.. Scheduled movers specifically for "tomorrow, Tuesday, August 23." Took off work early and waited, but the movers never showed. Called Wednesday, and a woman insisted that it was my fault; that I said the 30th. I know I did not since I had to be out of my apartment by the 26th and would never agree to the 30th. She refused to admit that she had made a mistake and refused to work with us on a new time, saying that it was my fault that I scheduled for the wrong date. Her attitude was hateful. I used this company in Florida with wonderful results. After this experience, I would never use the St. Louis franchise and would recommend others avoid it. The mistake was costly for me and the attitude and customer service made the stress of moving much worse.
